Vendors are solely responsible for licenses, permits, taxes, warranties, service outcomes, inventory, shipping, cancellations, and local law compliance. The platform may charge subscriptions, transaction fees, promotional fees, and payout processing fees. The platform may remove listings or suspend vendor access for prohibited content, counterfeit goods, fraud, excessive complaints, fulfillment failures, or legal risk.
